Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We offer free returns and exchanges for all domestic orders. If you are not completely satisfied with the gear we’ll return or exchange it within 60 days of the purchase date. The gear must be unworn with the tags on. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different color or size. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Once we get the gear back, we’ll automatically process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to reflect with your financial institution. Exchanges will ship via ground shipping and can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Non-Returnable items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items include undergarments. Please contact customer service at [email protected] if you have questions or concerns.
Making a Return

- The email associated with your account (where you received your confirmation and shipping emails)
- Your order number, which can be found 3 ways: in your email confirmation, by logging in to your Truewerk Account or on your packing slip listed under "PO#:"

Can I exchange my item?
Of course! You can begin the process of exchanging your item(s) here.
What if I don't know my order number?
If you do not have your order number, you can log in to your Truewerk Account here and go to your order history to find your order number. It can also be found inside the box you received your order in on the packing slip (the piece of paper), the number will be listed as the "PO#".
What if I purchased my items on Amazon?
You can find information on how to process returns on Amazon here.
Can I return my Outlet item?
All Truewerk Outlet purchases are final sale and are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
What if the card I used for my purchase is now closed?
At this time, we can only process refunds to the credit card account used on the original order. This is the standard process for online refunds and your bank or financial institution will route the funds to you as soon as they process your credit. How long does a return take?
It usually takes between 3-5 business days for your package to get back to us. Then it takes an additional 2-5 business days for us to process your return.
How long does it take to get my exchange?
It takes between 8-15 days for you to receive your exchange in the mail. We send out the exchange package once we receive your return. So the sooner you get your return in the mail the faster you will see you exchange.
